SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description
By adhering to these Terms and Conditions, you are subscribing to receive recurring text messages from WebsAlert regarding website downtime notifications, uptime alerts, and service status updates for the websites you monitor through our platform.
2. Message Frequency
The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interaction with us and the status of the websites you are monitoring. You will receive alerts when your monitored websites go down and when they come back online.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received in connection with this text messaging service, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan.
4. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers may change from time to time, but generally include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt-Out (STOP)
If at any time you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. After that, you will receive no future messages.
You can also disable SMS notifications in your dashboard settings.
6. Support (HELP)
For help, reply HELP to any text message you receive from us, or contact our customer support team at support@websalert.com or visit our Contact Page.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. We will strictly adhere to the Messaging Principles and Best Practices as mandated by the CTIA and mobile carriers. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
