- Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are redirected to PayPal. We receive confirmation of your subscription status, subscription ID, and related transaction information from PayPal to manage your account access. We do not directly collect or store your credit card number or PayPal login credentials.
- Usage Information: Like most websites, we may collect basic information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and timestamps of actions taken, primarily for security, service operation, and analytics.
- Cookies: We use necessary cookies to manage your login session and ensure the basic functionality of the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information

- Create and manage your user account.
- Monitor the URLs you provide.

4. SMS/Text Messaging and Mobile Information
When you provide your phone number and opt-in to receive SMS notifications from WebsAlert, you agree to the following:
- Purpose: We will use your mobile phone number solely to send you website downtime notifications, uptime alerts, and service status updates related to the websites you monitor.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We will not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or any mobile information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Opt-In Data Protection: All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
- CTIA Compliance: We strictly adhere to the Messaging Principles and Best Practices as mandated by the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) and mobile carriers.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by updating your preferences in your account profile.

5. Data Security
